even though doctors recommend a professional cleaning from your dentist every six months.
Apple Cider Vinegar
You should soak your toothbrush in apple cider vinegar, then brush your teeth as usual. Wash your mouth well.
Do this once or twice per week, because the apple cider vinegar can damage your teeth if you use it too often.
Brush with Baking Soda
Simply pour a little baking soda into a small container, wet your toothbrush, put some baking soda on it and brush.
For more cleansing power, you can mix a pinch of salt into the baking powder.
You can also make a mouthwash from baking soda.
You will need 1/2 cup of baking soda, 1 cup of water, 10 drops of lemon oil, 4 teaspoons of vegetable glycerin and 1 teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel.
