2 liters/8 cups of filtered water

Preparation:

First, you need to wash the lemons and then cut them in slices.

After this put them in a blender, and include the garlic cloves and ginger slices as well. Blend them well.

Then, put the water in one big stockpot and turn the heat on high.

Add the mixture you made previously inside and boil it. When it starts boiling turn the heat off and leave it on a side in order to cool.

Then at the end, you need to strain the mixture and store it in jars. Keep the jars in the fridge.

You should consume 1 glass of the drink each day around 2 hours before you eat. The results will come for a period of 7 days.
